Was told it was a one day job. Turned into a three day job because they are located 4 hrs from me. Didn't have time to scrape the insulation on first day. Second day there was miscommunication between the boss and employees. They were told they were only going to scrape one wall so they didn't bring all of the equipment needed. Third day needed to finish scraping and clean up.

They came 45 minutes late and I felt like some one should have called saying they were running late. Besides that they did great work.

Reeds was prompt to call and set up a time for a consult regarding waterproofing our basement. There was no initial estimate left to review, but was later sent in an email. I spoke with Brent eventually about the estimate. He answered all of my questions and even called to get specific answers that I had. The crew came and began to work. They were respectful and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job, and went out of their way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I’m waiting for one last thing to be done. There was good communication. The Foreman was great. I’m pleased. I would recommend them.

immediately responded to request for estimate and completed work within 2 weeks. Basement is waterproof and I am very pleased. Downside, request for invoice remains unanswered after several attempts.
