It was such a pleasure to work with Reed Brothers Construction. Tom and Jim as well as general manager Ben, met all our expectations for a beautiful new kitchen and laundry room. We were kept informed of the progress throughout and the quality of the remodel was outstanding. It was obvious from the beginning they truly care about their customers and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend them!

I completely understand your frustration and would like to offer a brief explanation as to the cause of the delay. At HR Quality Homes we perform the bulk of the required tasks on most projects with our own employees. That said, stucco is one trade that we partner with a very good contractor to complete. Since they perform such high quality work, we would have sacrificed quality to use a different stucco contractor. One thing we do not compromise on is quality so we did have to wait a couple weeks longer than anticipated to make sure we were providing you the absolute best finished product. We sincerely hope that in time the delay will be worth receiving a top quality finished product. I would be happy to discuss this further. I have to agree, they are very good workers, clean and vacuum up daily. Their workers are super nice and work hard. My new stall shower is a dream. Use these guys, there is no better here in Prescott.

Jim & Tom Reed (HR Quality Homes) were efficient, effective, professional in all aspects and phases of the remodel. They were clear/ precise with their detail quote, and came in at budget, on time, and first quality. We had two bathrooms upgraded, with full tile, whirlpool tub, rainfall showers, granite tops. Plus they rebuilt our kitchen island with stone, and added knobs / handles on all cabinets in the house. They were with us in all choices, helping where we needed strong professional opinions. The results are magnificent. We highly recommend them for all your upgrade requirements.

They were very careful not to make a mess, each day cleaning the areas they used in my home. The quality of work was very high quality. Very polite. I would highly recommend them. I am very happy with the new shower they installed in my bathroom.

Jim and Tom did an outstanding job They ran into a few issues, resolved them quickly. Throughout the remodel they made suggestions to make the shower awesome. I highly recommend this company for any type of remodel.
