Very disappointed with Redline L and L. After I found them on HomeAdvisor, I received a call promptly and the owner came out to my home the same day to quote me a price. This impressed me so I hired his company and he informed me that his guys would be out every Wednesday to mow. They came out on April 10th, but only finished two sections of my front yard and weed-eated a little on the side of my house, then left without finishing. When I called and spoke to the owner, he informed me that his guys said the ground was too wet to continue. Fair enough, I completely understand that. The owner stated that he would have them come back on that Friday to finish up (weather permitting). They never showed Friday and I did not receive a call from anyone. The next Wednesday, it was not raining and no one showed up. No call either, so I got a hold of the owner again to follow up. Was told that one of their pieces of equipment was not working properly and this was causing them to be behind. I was told that they would be out the next day. It rained the next day so no one showed, of course, but no one called either. In fact, no one showed up and no one called since. Then I got the bill and I guess I should not be too surprised that they charged me full price for only working about 40% of my yard.
