Circling back as a repeat residential customer with something new to say. After big rains swept through in May revealing that my very tall trees in all their spring fertility (picture big clumps of seeds that compress into something closer to putty in my gutters) had clogged essential downflows on my property. Red Eagle Property Services was responsive and thorough. Ron and team again came through with a fairly priced estimate and got me on the schedule within the week (which you will discover is almost unheard of in the current market). Problem solved! Highly recommend (again)!

The owner is a staunch Trump supporter. Despite hiring employees who are disabled, he voted to harm them. They will no longer be getting my money. I cannot support a business whose owner signed up to harm the very employees he (still) has. Although his work was great, his morals and values are clearly not.

I shared a couple photos via email, and Ron saw enough to respond with a fairly priced estimate and a work timetable within the hour. After the initial cleaning, I felt confident my gutters were in the best shape they been in for years. However, during a particularly hard rain following the cleaning, I noticed a leak near the roof of a downspout. Concerned the gutter might not be functioning properly. I reached out to Red Eagle Property Services. I explained the situation with an accompanying photo and asked if he would take a look. Although this issue was outside the scope of typical gutter cleaning, Ron offered to help resolve it. His team cleared the blockage, ensuring water could properly flow away from my home and prevent more serious damage. This extra level of care is rare in the home service industry, and it showed that Red Eagle Property Services is committed to complete customer satisfaction. By this point, you can probably guess that I am satisfied with the service and will 100% use Red Eagle Property Services for all my future gutter maintenance needs. They have earned a lifelong customer in me!

Red Eagle has provided wonderful snow removal, lawn mowing and spring and fall cleanup services for us for several years. They have been very easy to work with. They cut the grass to whatever height we wanted or we let them select it. They removed snow when it got to the height we agreed upon. They arrived quickly and weâ re very responsive to what we wanted. When we wanted a change, we just texted or emailed Ron and it was quickly done. I found Ronâ s advice valuable. We look forward to having their service for many years to come, knowing that our lawn and walkways will be well taken care of.
