Re-Bath El Paso

If I could give zero stars, I would. What should have been an exciting bathroom remodel turned into months of stress, callbacks, paperwork mistakes, disputes, and constant frustration. We spent more time chasing problems than enjoying the finished product. The workmanship issues may eventually be repaired. The stress, aggravation, and disruption to our lives cannot. As a disabled veteran, this experience took a serious toll on me and my family. We finally settled because we were exhausted, not because we were satisfied. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before trusting this company with your home.

We have been wanting (needing?) to re-do our bathtubs / showers for a while now. We finally went for it and replaced two bathtub / showers with Re-Bath walk-in showers. The team at Re-Bath (Bill, Javier, David, and a couple more on the last day) really did a great job; the new showers are really nice, and Re-Bath certainly met our expectations. It's always a little stressful whenever any kind of work is done at one's house. The entire process from product consultation, choosing product, etc. with Bill down to the install with Javier and his team went really smooth and everyone was very open with us each step of the way. Javier really went the extra mile during the installation, and I just want to really thank him and his team for such a clean job. Project milestones (or anything related to the project) were communicated via a GroupMe chat group, which is a great idea to keep everyone involved updated to the progress of the project. Re-Bath was able to do two full conversions in 5 days (a little less); everything from step 1 to the end was done in a very professional manner and we are very happy.

Project: Convert bathtub to a walk-in shower. The technician did an excellent job. Everything was explained to me in detail and products were left for the cleaning and upkeep of the shower. I don't remember the tech's name. Herbert A. Harris

They did a wonderful job, explain everything in detail of what they were going to do and they did an outstanding job.

They are friendly and play with my cats which I found lovely. they cleaned up everything and check their work before they left. the also helped with some other things that I had at home which I really appreciate and I would definitely hire them again if I need to.

The professional that came to re-do the bathroom was prompt curious, clean, and they left it on very shape as it was. They never mind answering my questions at any time.

They always show up and they do the job exactly how you ask for. They always do it on time.

Everything was A+ work! I hired for Tucson Rebath for the first bathroom remodel, and I was so happy with the results. that I will rehire them for my second bathroom.
