I was pleasantly surprised, as this was my first time using this venue. Two other "pros" never responded to quote requests, which turned out to be a good thing. Razorback responded immediately with a clearly outlined quote. Service was professional, prompt, and courteous with no surprises or add-on fees. They got the job done in under an hour and were considerate of the surrounding landscape. Highly recommended!

Hugh of Razorback Stump Removal did a great job grinding a tree stump. He is honest and proactive with great customer service skills, easy to work with and above all, does what he says he will do. Prior to hiring Hugh, I tried hiring two other landscaping companies that never showed up. I highly recommend Hugh!

I have never had such a wonderful experience with any other contractor. He followed up with me immediately, gave me a quote over the phone and completed the work the very same day. I will definitely use him again and also refer him to family and friends. I wish other contractors had these customer service skills.
