Work was satisfactory. The contractor was cooperative. He did ask for more money because of a couple wires in the stump.

This is correct I ask for more because I destroyed the chain on my saw cutting through the stump with a metal fence going completely through it. I ALWAYS inform the customer of the price BEFORE I begin work. No surprises for the customer, we agree on a price and I complete the work.
