    I woke up to a freezing cold house and was able to book an appointment for a repair that same afternoon. Rashad had the issue with my furnace resolved within 30 minutes. He was friendly and professional and took time to explain the problem to me and to show me exactly what steps he took to fix it. I will definitely call him again if I have any more issues with my heating and ac!

    Rashad's was the best a/c service in my 23 years in deep south summers. Fixed for less than any other estimate and came out on a weekend, the day I called. The second repair, for an unrelated problem, was provided free of charge. I highly recommend Rashad's to all!

    From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, these guys were amazing. I was put at ease explaining my a/c problem with the rep on the phone and was reassured that they would fix the problem, everything will be fine and his guys will be there between 3 & 5pm. Well a storm came through during that window of time & I thought they were not going to make it. I was wrong. The guys showed up right after the stormed cleared. Roderick, diagnosed the problem, low on freon by three gallons and quoted the price for service. Soooo reasonable I let out a sigh of relief. The coils on the a/c were iced so they couldn't complete the freon input that day. Came back the next morning, as promised, at 8:30 sharp, finished their work and we had cool air w/in a hour. They were extremely professional, the guys explained Everything, and they guarantee their work. They have my a/c business from here on out! Thanks again guys!

    Rashad was very polite and courteous. He explained my heating unit in a way that I understood. Eventhough I didn't need him I still had him do an inspection of my unit anyway
