They are straight forward and kept me in the loop all the time with daily pictures, text messages and calls. It was a big win win for both of us. "We called on a Saturday when we experienced some intermittent AC issues. Johnathan called and came out right away. The AC started working again but the problem still persisted and we knew it was time to replace the over 15 year old unit. Johnathan came out the day we were ready within the same week. He replaced the outside and upstairs unit for a very reasonable price. He cleaned up throughly before he left and the house was at a cool 69 degrees when we got home that evening. We highly recommended Johnathan with Affordable AC and Heating."
