We used Rantissi construction to remove a load bearing wall and resupport with LVL beams and 2 support columns over a larger span in the summer 2022. They re-sheet rocked and re -textured the ceiling area joining both rooms as well as installed sub countertops for the entire kitchen. Additional work included repairing (sistering) a cracked roof rafter and adding an access door to a previously inaccessible attic area. Lou was always on point with communication and very transparent about work timing. They were very thorough and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We would definitely use Rantissi for projects in the future.
