Didn't always show up on time. Called him to fix what was not correct. Early on worked long hours. I even added $50 to his estimate (poor judgment on my part). Marked areas that needed to be redone. Left without saying a word. I didn't bother to call him when I saw he didn't redo all the areas. I have to redo his work because I don't want him back. He also talks excessively. I don't have the patience to have him return to fix his mistakes. Make certain to get written estimate. He included priming and later said 'it didn't include priming'. Again, my mistake for not insisting on written est.

I'm sure a person could find contractors charging more and less for a given job. Randy's prices are very fair and his work is best in class. As a bonus I could immediately tell Randy is a very moral and trustworthy person. Left him a key to get in and out as needed while I was at work. Nice to know there are quality, trustworthy people like Randy in the field.
