We added a second garage and another bedroom/bath. When the trusses were taller than the house, which had been previously discussed not to happen. Randy and Becky refused to cover the cost to fix the frankenhouse situation. We proceeded on, paying for their error only to have many other issues. They are disorganized. The subcontractors come late because of their last minute communication. The building inspectors are very familiar with this company. In the end we fired them and paid too much for their work. Randy is the builder but he does not do the work. If you hire them use a lawyer for a real contract.

I was very pleased that Randall contacted the local building inspector for codes and requirements. His team was quick and paid attention to details and any recommendations I made. The completed 4 season room was more than we expected and I'm very pleased. Only a few minor hitches in getting it completed on an earlier time schedule do to availability of sub contractors to preform their assigned tasks. 8 weeks to complete with just heating and cooling to finalize as of yet. I have already been promoting this builder and would not hesitate to use him again. He is priced very reasonable for the product he delivers.

Absolutely recommend them to anyone!! They were honest, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Although they have just given us a quote thus far, I felt very comfortable in working with them. I believe you will be happy if you use their services.

The project is still in progress. Working with this company has been outstanding. They are competent, professional, efficient, very well organized, trustworthy, plus creative. The project is rather extensive and I am impressed with their work ethic. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone interested in doing a remodeling project. More to come when project is completed.
