Randall is a very good contractor. He painted the back of my townhouse, repaired rotten wood at the top of the building and replaced my vent screen to the attic. He also repaired my gate and security spotlight. I would highly recommend Randall. He shows up on time, works fast and gives you an honest price.

Randall and his team did an excellent job on installing our hard wood floors and gluing them down. They also made sure to keep the work area clean and were very easy to work with.

Mr. Randall contacted me within a few hours of my Home Advisor request for fence repair. We agreed he'd drive by my home and provide me an estimate for fence gate repair/replacement. He stated he'd provide estimate by the end of the day that he drove by the property. After hearing nothing for two days I contacted Mr. Randall who stated he was just about to send me an estimate. We discussed the job over the phone and agreed to $450 for fence replacement/repair. He assured me the fence would be repaired/replaced professionally and guaranteed the work. The estimate broke down as follows: $300 for labor and $150 for materials which was to include all new fencing materials. I asked if he was going to take down the old fence gate and construct a new one. It was my understanding he would. Moreover he told me that he would have to charge additional money if the materials exceeded his $150 estimate. Again he assured me the job would be professional. we agreed to a start date that slipped by four days because he was busy with another job and he said he'd come over on a Saturday to do the job. I agreed to Saturday but the Friday evening before he informed me that his guys didn't didn't want to work on Saturday so he would do the job on Monday or Tuesday of the next week. He came out that Monday and called me when the jib was complete. When I arrived home to survey the repair I could see where he had added four fence slabs and a new latch to the door. I called Mr. Randall and told him based upon our agreement I expected to see a better repair or new gate. He said his guys worked on the fence for an hour and I should be happy with it. I replied that I expected a better, more professional result. His reply "but you've got us for life so anytime you call we'll be there." I asked him to provide a copy of the materials invoice. He said he would but I've yet to see it. I hired based upon reviews on this website and I wish I could share the same accolades as others but unfortunately my experience was totally different.

Paid attention to detail and cleaned up after work was finished

Showed up on time. Went right to work. Did a professional job. Did not lay down on the job. Made an effort not to leave a mess in the house. Highly recommend !!

They gave me a call. Was out within the time we had sat up. they looked at the fence. Told me what the problem was. They said there was nothing wrong with the post. Within an hour the fence was fixed. Very honest. Very good work.
