Ramos Contractor

I had a very frustrating experience with Ramos Contractor and would not recommend them. The main issue was their constant lack of punctuality. They were repeatedly late or didn?t show up when scheduled, which made it impossible to make any real progress. Because of this ongoing issue with timing, the job was never completed. On top of that, communication was poor, so it was difficult to get updates or even clear answers about when they would actually arrive. In the end, I had to go somewhere else to get the work done, which cost me even more time and added stress. Overall, the project ended up going nowhere due to their unreliability and lack of communication. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you need someone dependable and respectful of your time.

Raul called the day prior to review details of the job he arrived on time provided suggestions that worked great. We would highly recommend.

Very reliable. Arrived when he said he would, kept area clean, and reacted to our concerns. Very happy with the quality of his work.

Raul repaired the threshold on an exterior back door. He also repaired the deck with braces and made it safe. Finally he painted the deck and stairs. He was very pleasant and courteous.

We feel very lucky to have found Raul! He gets the job done well, big or small. In addition to delivering hard work and high quality, he's personable and genuinely HELPFUL. We've relied on Raul for help with countless projects of varying sizes. I wish we could have him on retainer as the "super" for our house. We call on him for so much work, he practically is! After years and years of dealing with handymen and contractors that don't even call back to provide a quote, it's so nice to know Raul is just a text away and that I have no doubt he'll be there when we need him.
