Ramirez Carpentry did an excellent job on our deck extension. Workmanship was excellent. He and his men arrived promptly, worked long hours, and then stained the existing and new deck. He suggested a metal pipe railing which turned out great. Would definitely recommend him for other people.

Contracted with Mr. Ramirez to replace the decking and railings on our large deck. Upon the removal of the old deck boards it was evident that the support structure was also in need of significant repair and replacement. He agreed to add that work to the project, replacing all the old joists and parts of the beams, and also added more upgrades to make our 30=year-old deck more consistent with current code. And he worked to keep the total cost reasonable. Our new deck is now rock solid and beautiful too! I recommend Ramirez Carpentry highly.

Ramirez is an awesome guy, and he followed through to make a perfect floor, even when the material behaved unexpectedly, he came back to fix it and make it right. The floor looks great, and Ramirez is definitely of top notch character. I highly recommend him and his company.

Nemesio and his crew did a great job replacing the deck boards on our deck. They also repaired a few of the joists and stained the boards after installation. They showed great attention to detail, such as cutting boards to fit around a couple large rocks imbedded into the deck as well as new skirting on the hot tub. Their pricing was fair, reasonable, and transparent. I would definitely use them again for carpentry repair projects.

This is the second time that my wife and I have acquired the services of Ramirez Carpentry. They painted two interior rooms and corrected some cosmetic issues with the walls of these rooms; the also replaced rotted fascia on the exterior of our home (first project). They did a great job on both project; very professional, conscientious and thorough; kept working areas tidy. We will definitely be hiring them again for future home improvement projects.
