Rich and his son, Daniel, blessed our home. It started with the frustration of seeking multiple bids on some home improvement projects I wanted to do. I called Rich of Ramco based on his 5 star reviews. I wanted to hire him for a couple of small vinyl walls. After meeting him and bugging him a few rounds, I ended up hiring him to build us a custom patio cover instead. He always said he strove to earn my business. He did so much more than that. He earned my trust and admiration. I gave him such a hard time in the early negotiations too. And he stayed patient, professional and positive. He was extremely transparent with everything including material costs and his prices were more than fair. What astonished me most was his level of craftsmanship. This thing is gorgeous. Second to none, Rich and Daniel made sure to build my patio cover to perfection, including all electrical (lights and fan) and the addition of a couple of speakers. He even finished another small job that had lingered for a while. It is refreshing in today’s world to find someone as trustworthy, professional and easy going as Rich and Daniel of Ramco. These guys are the real deal. The quality of their work is amazing. The quality of their character even better. Thank you guys for blessing our home with your art and vision. Rich and his crew did a great job on my vinyl fence. Fence looks great and they did a great job on cleaning up after they were done.
