Ralph was very helpful and professional. He gave a fair quote for the job and stuck with it. He had good equipment and vehicles. I would use Ralph again for any future jobs. A+++

Ralph did not clean properly around the windows and he completely missed the soffit under the living room window (ours is a split-entry home). I pointed out the areas in question and he said that he thought he had cleaned them?he had not. I certainly did not get a $340 job!

This fall, Ralph Atkin from Ralph the Little Job Guy cleaned the windows on both the inside and outside of our home. Basically, they left a smeared mess on many of the windows, which is extremely noticeable when the sun shines. In the 20-plus years that I have lived in our home, I have never had such a poor job of cleaning the windows, which are normally done both spring and fall. Our job was clearly beyond them. I would never hire them again to clean my windows nor recommend them to anyone.

He is reasonable with his prices and that's what I like. He is also reliable when it comes to getting the job done.
