We did not live in State when project was done,which was scary! Nick was wonderful with communication and went above and beyond. He worked magic on an old house with lots of obstacles but nothing he couldn't handle. He will be doing more projects for us.!

He did an amazing job on my deck repair, painting and sealing. At the last minute I asked him to add a kitchenette to our basement and he did it in a manner. It looks amazing and we get complements from all of our friends and family who visits.

Working with Nick has been a wonderful experience! He renovated our kitchen with cabinets and marble tile,as well as, installing a new outside vent range hood and range. He also completed our upstairs and downstairs baths with new marble wall tile and tile flooring. Being an older home Nick's professional abilities shone through. He had to figure his way around the idiosyncrasies of our home. Everything now looks and feels fantastic. Nick also custom fabricated a fireplace mantle which makes the house look like a mansion. He is prompt, courteous, always communicative and makes sure the job is done Right and the way you want it done. Excellent experience. Nick Raeburn came when he promised, not only repaired a large hole in the sheetrock in our hall ceiling but shored up the sagging ceiling structure itself. Finished it off with sheetrocking and sanding so ceiling now looks good as new. I d recommend him without reservation for any project. A total professional.

Nick is the best! He kept me informed about what to expect prior to showing up on site. Once there, his professionalism and expertise carried the day for me. I have an older house and his abilities along with his exceptional expertise in analyzing the problem and then follow through to a complete job were exceptional. He is very big on open communication and he focuses on building a relationship with the homeowner since he knows that he will be around for awhile! A little bit more expensive, BUT what he does is way above and beyond than what is expected.
