Aarmond was very responsive, and educated us on radon and possible issues we were having. He looked at our system and made the necessary repairs to get it operating properly and at an affordable prices.

Radon mitigation is not listed in the business catagories, rather surprising given Colorado's high levels . Armond of NortherColoradoRadon came to the house to give an estimate, the others gave estimate over phone by google maps. He showed up, charged less, did it well, and the radon went down from 9.97 to under 2. After the heavy rains, for some reason the numbers increased, and i am going to get a stronger fan. I highly reccommend this company. Also , get a decent radon detector that gives digital readings such as AirThings.

Armand did a fantastic job with our radon mitigation. From the start he was very responsive, knowledgeable, nice and polite. He explained our options to us and was never pushy or aggressive to win our business. He is not only the owner, but performs the work himself so you can be assured that itâ s a quality job. He got our mitigation done quickly, and at a lower price than some other companies we reached out to. I highly recommend Northern Colorado Radon.
