We couldn't be happier that we chose Rack Development and Bryon to replace the deck on our Condo. He was very professional in his approach and the quality of his work was A+. We did a Trex deck with Aluminum railings and the installation was flawless. The project started when promised and he worked hard to complete the deck quickly. I can't emphasize enough the high quality of Bryon's work and what a joy it was to work with him.

We hired Bryon to install a ceramic tiled shower in our previous residence back in 2017. We had to wait 5 months in order to get the project started, and believe me, it was worth the wait! We recently purchased a new pre-existing home and received several quotes from local contractors as well as Bryon to remove two fiberglass shower stalls and replace them with ceramic tiled walk-in showers. We also had him install 600 square feet of subway tile as backsplash in our kitchen. I believe Bryon is one of the few contractors left today that still believes in quality work and craftsmanship as well as a fair and reasonable price for the work he is asked to perform. Bryon and his wife Laura are always a pleasure to work with and will never hesitate to seek their services if ever needed again! Thanks again for another job well done! Never have we had a carpenter/contractor that was dependable, precise, perfectionist and also going above and beyond what was expected! For the first time we are very happy with our deck ! Would recommend them to anyone for carpentry work!

We had Bryon enlarge our deck along with replacing the existing decking and railing, plus build a shed beneath the deck extension. We also challenged him for a different type of railing system and a plant wall. He rose to the challenge and we could not be more pleased with the result. I will not hesitate to hire him again and take advantage of his skill and professionalism. It was a pleasure working with him and Laura.
