I appreciate Rabb for coming to my home to service my hot water heater and my electrical switch box. I did not have any hot water and I was overjoyed, to say the least, that Mr. David, the customer service representative and electrical agent was able to solve my problems, even though he came to my home during the late evening hours. Owner called and stated the bill was $300.00. We paid by credit card, which we felt was excessive for the work performed. They charged our credit card $360.00 and when questioned the added $60.00 charge we were told that it was for labor. I will not use this company again because integrity is more important than cost. I needed a swimming pool auto fill valve repaired or removed I wasn't sure which and needed advise. The owner contacted me very quickly and we decided that removing and capping the valve would be the best course of action. He said he could start later that day but in the mean time I was having another pool related project done and that person was able to repair the fill valve so I didn't need the plumber after all. But even though no physical work was done I'm confident that this company would have done a great job. The owner is very professional and easy to talk with. I'll be contacting them again.

We had to have it serviced recently due to it cutting off, I contacted a different company because when I asked Rabb about another job, they put me off, and didnt return my calls so I went with someone else when the repairman came he said the evap coil rusted and was restricted. Sitting on top of another coil box and proped up at back with cardboard. Front insulboard had come untapped, said it wasnt secured properly, he retapped it and pointed out other leaks that should have been addressed at install, he reset and retryed furnance, it came on.
