Had a first floor renovation done by Halyard Services. A new kitchen was placed, new wood flooring, half bath added with new plumbing, new closet, new window, three walls removed and support beams placed, lighting installed, handmade woodwork for kitchen island top, hand crafted wood vanity for the bathroom, paint, plastering, and tiling done. The entire project took 3.5 months. It ran like a well oiled machine! Ryan kept the project organized and running smoothly at all times. His communication was stellar as it was known at all times where things stood with the project. His team was very dedicated to working in a professional, very skilled and reliable manner. All plans were well communicated at all times. Ryan and his team were very approachable and easy to communicate with regarding any questions or changes to the project. After living in the newly renovated space, we are beyond pleased with how things came together! The attention to detail, the quality of the work and the beautiful finishes have made our new space beautifully functional. We would highly recommend Ryan and his team!

This past summer Ryan and his team brought our outdated 1970's kitchen into the 21rst century. Ryan and team were a pleasure to work with during the remodel. Ryan's team and the sub-contractors that he uses came on time, were respectful of our home and did quality work. Ryan made the challenges easy with his willingness to collaborate, calm demeanor and we always came up with right solution. Overall , I LOVE my new kitchen and highly recommend Ryan and his team!

Ryan and his team renovated my 1957 kitchen and a half bath. He transformed my closed kitchen to a big open dream kitchen space. Ryan is reliable and highly organized. He pays a lot of attention to detail and always remembers to make sure he address my small requests or concerns. All of the work from the flooring, plumbing, tiling, electrical work and painting were done professionally. Lastly, Ryanâ s price is reasonable and his work is exceptional. I canâ t express enough how much I appreciate all the work Ryan and his team put in to this project. Especially making it so stress free for me.

Ryan and his team did an excellent job fully renovating our kitchen, bathroom, and updating our hardwood floors. We felt very confident in the quality of Halyardâ s work and relied on their expertise to guide us through design and to make the right decisions for our home. It was easy to work with Ryan, he was great at communicating throughout the project, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We are so happy with our new kitchen and would absolutely work with Halyard again.

Ryan and his team took on a renovation at my home including a kitchen, refinishing all the wood floors, fireplace refacing, instal light fixtures, master bathroom, master closet and laundry room. Ryan was extremely detailed in his estimates, fair with his pricing, and communicated throughout the process. I can't recommend Ryan and his team enough.

Ryan was great to work with. He took a collaborative approach with his subcontractors by making sure that me and my wife ideas about the design was represented well. He also came up with some pretty unique solutions due to some challenging circumstances we had with the project. Highly recommended.
