Wonderful experience with Rob and his crew. We have gone through construction before, and nothing compares to RWS. Excellent work, attention to the little details was so impressive. The crew becomes your friends, you can trust them 1000%. We are over the moon with the results. Better than I could ever have imagined and I had a specific vision.

I had great experience working with Rob and his crew. They were very professional and respectful throughout the project. I had a major renovation, every room was updated. The work was done on time and within budget. I could not be happier with my home now.

RWS handled our home renovation which included a new four season sunroom, master bath, and full dormer . We couldn't have been more pleased with Rob and his team. Very reliable, professional, and competitively priced. He made sure the project stayed on schedule, and was always responsive to any of our needs. Very skilled team. We love our new home.

Once you meet Tim the sales rep you think you are getting what you want. A professional company and customer service follow up if necessary. However once project begins you learn he is not the owner who has a totally different personality and understanding of his customer. All though I paid on time or early it was an arm wrestle during project. One employee told me to get back inside my house while trying to offer his crew some beverages. Maybe not legally here? Anyway have asked for 9 months to please send back a crew to correct a problem with flashing around the front door that does not fit or seal as expected. Owner, who's first name is Bob alleges to show up twice before calling and sees nothing wrong. So I asked time and time again please call with a time and date. Short story they do good foundation and mostly good work but lacks business skills and terrible follow up concerns,. So for me no recommendation. I spent $32,000 plus provided extra for some crews but Rob the owner or Tim the sales rep promises for nine months but nothing happens. I warned them I would post this but, obviously they don't care so good luck with total experience. Retired former U******r professional.

RWS homes, LLC was efficient and very clean. After every work day they made sure my home was the way it looked when they started. Also, the lines of communication were always open. I knew what was happening on our project every step of the way.
