It was great from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, polite, dependable, and did beautiful work. Rob was a man of his word and completed the job in a timely fashion.

Addition not done yet. BUT, any questions have been addressed immediately and with a can-do attitude. What I see as potential problems, Rob looks at as "what can I do to fix this before the issue becomes a problem?" Rob is responsive and the job is moving along at a good pace. Very happy with his subcontractors, too. will review again when the job is complete.

After our home suffered significant damage in the wake of hurricane Sandy, Rob may well have worn a cape because he provided service at the level of a hero. Truly! I have zero reservation about wholeheartedly recommending RWS for any project. Rob and his team were timely, accurate, fair, and extremely considerate. I have been a party to several major renovation projects on prior homes. All of them were planned but resulted in dislocation and stress until the day the project was complete. This project was the result of a crisis and I rarely felt stress because of the exceptional professionalism of Rob and his team. WELL DONE ROB!

We interviewed about 6 different contractors to convert a bath to a shower for a disabled person. Not only did RWS offer the best price they went out of their way to find solutions to make other things in the bathroom easier for my mother to access. Robert, the owner did other things to make it more appealing to the eye - he did this on his own and did not charge extra for the little touches he added. The two gentlemen who performed the work were master craftsmen. They were, also, very neat and trustworthy because this house had only 1 bath so the homeowner would leave at different times during the day to use a bathroom elsewhere.

RWS Homes Provided a good writen estimate and was very cooperative when we made changes and additions. They started the job on time and completed without any delays. His workers were always very polite and helpful with their suggestion about the fine points of the tile work, whiich came out beautiful, and my husband and I are verry pleased with our New Master Bathroom. We look forward to using RWS Homes for our next project.
