Rod was great to work with. He clearly advised as to which materials were optional prior to purchasing supplies. His work was great, his customer service was great, timing was great. The only hiccup was the final bill came in higher than the quote because the flooring material used was different than I had originally described. I would use him again & will definitely refer him to friends & family.
