Ryan is very responsive, but a lot of the details (trim, corners, clean up) in the the job were poorly done for the tiles and carpentry. There were some significant mistakes around executing the asked for design that ended up causing delays and costing more money. If you hire him, you should check his crew work routinely so mistakes can be corrected. He is really good at fixing the mistakes while the job is ongoing. Unfortunately, I have been finding things a month later and fixing them now would be cost prohibited.

Ray replaced some bad siding in various places, installed a new door/trim, added a gutter and ended up replacing windows for us. Sometimes weather and available workers were challenging, but he always kept me informed and was very pleasant to work with. Satisfied with the work and so far no issues-

Ray was able to some out immediately and assess the repair needed. He was upfront on what would need to be done. He came back a few days later and completed the repair. We even requested a few more quotes on other projects.

When Ray phoned, he was in my area and said he stop by within the next hour which he did. He was courteous and able to assess the problem immediately. He estimated the cost which was very reasonable and actually fixed the problems before he left. I will absolutely recommend him to my friends and neighbors. He fixed the problems at a fair price.

I would hire this company again. everyone is courteous, professional, and they get the job done correctly. They have the most reasonable pricing of the four estimates I received, their quality of work is top notch.
