Mr. Sherlock is a courteous, knowledgeable professional installer that treats customers like he wants to be treated. Arrived when he said he would, showed me what he was going to do before he started, installed the system, and showed me what he had done after he finished. Richard, the owner, contacted me the same day and came out to inspect my existing 20 year old system the next day. He found several issues, gave me a verbal quote and performed the work all while on site. Richard was professional and very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.
