Sukh and his team completed an outstanding new driveway for us. Ours was pretty ugly so we decided to replace it with nice looking pavers. Sukh personally made several trips to our house to monitor the work and it turned out to be fabulous. This is my second project with RS Builders and I highly recommend them.

We hired them for backyard. Added new BBQ, extended patio and installed new tiles. Love the new look in our back yard. Great service done by RS Builders. Will hire them for our future projects.

I hired RS Builders to remodel my built in bbq. They added drawers, a light, and replaced the top with granite and added a bar area. It looks great and is a much more inviting place to cook out now! They came when promised and finished when scheduled. I can t wait for Memorial Day so we can break it in. 😊

We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project.

I hired RS Builders for my hotel remodeling project. This was for my Holiday Inn located in Peoria, AZ. This was related to remodeling of rooms on all 4 floors, lobby, meeting rooms, breakfast room, gym, laundry room and pool area. I was really satisfies with the price I paid for the whole project and of course the crew did a fantastic job. Usually it is way more than what I paid for my project. Contractor communicated thru out the project on each and every phase, which was really helpful. I would re-hire them for my future projects.

We hired Sukh and his team to raise the living room floor and do some living room remodeling. Sukh is very responsive and was able to start the project quickly and on time. The quality of the work was fairly good, however we did have repeat issues with some of the tile and also continue to have a gap under one of the light fixtures. The primary reason for the lower score is related to our experience upon completion of the project. We had a lot of back and forth about cost of project disposal fee but finally agreed upon the price to just get the process over with. We asked repeatedly for someone to come and pick up the remainder of the garbage from the project but nobody ever came (despite asking repeatedly for weeks at a time). This sat in our garage for over a month. We paid full price and had to dispose of a cabinet, a multitude of glass, and floor molding ourselves! Not good customer service and never came back to finish the job.

I had a wall built on the carport - will add the door later. Once again quality work was performed. All of the crew members were polite and respectful, letting me know what was happening every step of the way. Sukh is easy to work with and willing to make any changes needed during the process.
