Roof leak thru pipe vent - Contractor and his partner showed up on time took a look at the outside roof from side of house and inside ceiling, wrote a contract to repair leak for Monday 7/11/16 but wants 50% cash or check down of $400.00. I wrote him a check $200. (which was promptly cashed). I called him Monday to ask him to stop at my village hall for a permit. He stated he has to get papers from his insurance co first to bring to my village. Rescheduled for Friday 7/15/16. He didn't show up, I called and emailed. No response yet. I told him I have other house projects for him so a village permit wont be a waste anyway.....Still waiting for my original project to be completed. I will be requesting for a refund in the event the job does not get completed ($200.00). Contractor called and stated he was going to refund the $200.00...Didn't happen yet.

Monday, July 5 Ray came over to my home, gave a price for the deck of $600.00, requested half ($300.00) for which he was given. Subsequently, on July 7, furniture was removed from the deck and power washed. He agreed to complete the job 7/9/2016 and today is July 11 and I'm still waiting to hear from him. I have made numerous calls to the company with no response. We chose this company because of the stellar reviews which have not been lived up to and we are very disappointed in the recommendation of this company and will be seeking a refund on our initial payment. It is not our intent to hurt the reputation of the company but professionalism was expected and has not been demonstrated.

Did the job as expected and for a VERY reasonable rate. Half of what two others quoted me. HIGHLY recommend.

Robert was very quick to both quote the job and to complete it. His helper was also very professional and polite, The job was quoted and completed within 48 hours, and was done to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely call them again,

Robert was late to his arranged work time-by quite a bit (+- 3 hrs.) I had begun to consider finding a replacement when he showed up. The frame for the door was quite a bit smaller than the previous one. Robert's solution was to insert a 2 x 4 above the actual new door. Then he did a poor job replacing the molding and mudding over the 2 x 4 and also the paper damage he had caused. He used an unpaintable caulking material, and did a sloppy job. I have to hire someone to come and correct and finish the work. I would not recommend hiring him.
