Luke came to give us our free estimate. He was professional and friendly. My husband and I do not like sales people who come to your house and spend 2 hours trying to become your "best friend". We were very happy with Luke. He was informative and to the point. He gave us options and discussed the benefits of the work we needed done. When R-Pro came to do the job, they completed the work quickly & efficiently, no mess anywhere! We could tell right away the difference in temperature in our home. I would recommend them to my family & friends.

The same two men that evaluated my insulation needs were the ones which came out and performed the work. This allowed the project to be completed with a full understanding of what I was expecting. My unusual house had several unique insulation issues which were resolved with some high quality custom workmanship.

Luke was our rep. and he did a great job recommending the best insulation solution for our house. I can already tell the difference, the heat kicks on less than half the time already. He took the time to explain everything, answer all questions and wasn't pushy in the least.
