I had originally scheduled 3 estimates to have my crawlspace and rim joists spray foamed. John at R-Pro was the first to come over to give me a free estimate. I was so impressed and confident with his honesty and knowledge that I cancelled the estimates with the other companies and gave the job to R-Pro. He even did the job personally, on a Saturday, to accommodate my schedule! I will definitely hire him again for future insulation needs.

The installers were very pleasant, polite, actually earlier than the appointed time which I loved.

Very professional. We had some hidden damage and the represenative took the time to explain what happened and gave us an honest remedy. We were never presurred. They also explained the assistance programs from AEP and others.

R-Pro was extremely helpful and speedy in their service. They managed to squeeze in my smaller insulation project in between 2 other larger ones, allowing it to be completed weeks before they were actually scheduling. Only tiny con is they were a bit expensive, but with the tax rebate offering, it was a good deal.

R-Pro performed excellent service and consulting. Before we selected R-pro, we acquired several quotes for the insulation. I felt the owner of R-Pro was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make the best decision for our house. The owner also spent time trying to identify areas that we were losing heat. We are extremely please with the service and the insulation. The house is now much warmer. It was a great decision.

They were knowledgeable during the quoting visit - a big reason why we went with them though not the lowest bid. The work was extensive, including blowing fiberglass insulation into the attic space and interior walls, along with foam insulation in the basement crawl space. Overall, they did a good job in one day, and cleaned up nicely. They also plugged and smoothed out the holes in the interior drywalls (not provided by the other vendors who quoted). They didn't need any payment upfront, just at completion. They also came back promptly to foam-seal a section of the crawl space, and re-spackled the interior drywalls at no charge.
