This is a revised review after being gaslit on thumbtack saying that they did not damage my house when ?fixing? it even though I attached pictures of the damage. Their lack of customer service is ridiculous. Not to mention the refund I was promised was never given. I literally CANNOT even lock my back door because of the damage your company did. You did not do the due diligence to see if there was a water pipe attached to the water line. There NOTHING WRONG with my fridge? The job they did was very poor though and almost nothing was completed. During the initial quote I was told they could do everything on my list and it totaled out to be about 1500 dollars. Then when they came out to begin the work they realized they couldn?t do about 700 dollars worth of the work simply because they didn?t pull out the fridge to check if there was already a water line, and didn?t check to even see if the windows detach so they could replace them.
