"I have hired DRCR many times over the last 5+ years. I live in a 50 year old house and nothing is level or true, but you would not know this based on their craftsmanship. Below is a summary of the projects that DRCR has completed for me: 1) Total Upper Level Bathroom Renovation 2) Renovated Lover Level 1/2 Bath into a Full bathroom, including new enclosure, tub, vanity, toilet, plumbing, vanity, tile floor, baseboard heating register and expanding power and lighting 3) Added a 4th bedroom 4) Installed an above the ceiling beam and created one large Great Room from individual kitchen, dining room, and living room. 5) Added new cabinets, island, refrigerator cubby, lighting, and power to kitchen 6) Added shiplap, custom built mantle. and baseboard heat registers to Great room 7) installed new floor planks to upper level 8) Hung 11 paneled doors 9) Installed yard fence and deck gate 10) Renovated shed including a new single roof to match house and garage 11) Demoed and Rebuilt my Laundry room due to water leak damage I would not have hired DRCR repeatedly over the last 5+ years if I was not totally satisfied with their great value and superior quality of work. "Wade Keene called me rather quickly after I posted my request. We talked a bit about the overall project and he came soon after. I had some of the items needed to complete the project and he advised what else would be needed. We agreed to a date/time for completion of the project. The project included: mounted 4 TVs, removed a metal awning and fixed the siding where the bolts had been, reattached the stair railing to the concrete stoop, and built a small ramp from the porch to the back door. He explained the one item he could not complete - changing a thermostat - which I appreciated his honesty vice the possibility of doing it wrong. He was very personable and professional. I thought the cost was relative to the work. I would recommend."

"RORHI completed our basement renovation. They did fantastic work, and all the contractors were highly professional: the framers, the insulators, the drywallers, the electrician, and the finishers. They went above and beyond to accommodate some special requests, like installing a commercial dehumidifier and finishing the walls of the storage closet, which were not part of the original scope, which greatly enhanced the finished look. We had a great experience working with Evan, Mike, and Matt (the initial estimator), as well as Inmer (finishes and framing), Eddie (painter), and the electrician. Despite minor miscommunications leading to necessary changes, they promptly addressed our concerns, sending someone immediately or the following day to resolve issues. Overall, we were impressed by RORHI's dedication and responsiveness, and we plan to hire them again for our next projects."

Brian told us that he guaranteed his work unconditionally and took the window back to be replaced again. I think that Brian's work ethic is refreshing and, sadly, unusual these days.
