We hired RGS to remove 11 trees from our property, and they did an excellent job. The team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. They completed the work safely and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Their customer service was also excellent—friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend RGS for any tree removal or trimming needs!

The actual tree removal and stump grinding job was well done, the team showed up in a timely fashion and removed the tree quickly. The issue has been communication: getting the job scheduled often took prodding with multiple emails or texts, and after the job was completed I asked for a receipt of payment but have not received any response either via email or text after multiple attempts, they completely ghosted me.

Excellent service, competitive pricing, and a very professional team. Everything went smoothly overall. However, I’m giving four stars instead of five because my driveway was damaged by the company’s equipment, despite the manager's prior assurance that it wouldn’t be. I truly appreciate the team’s work, but honest communication about potential risks would have been better.

RGS did an incredible job, working nearly 12 hours, to remove 5 pines that were 100+ feet tall each. They were careful, thorough and took pains to make sure we were kept informed at all times. More importantly, they patiently accommodated delays on our end and were incredibly responsive at every step of the way. Rudy is a true professional and his team are amazing. Their pricing was extremely reasonable, especially given the complexity of the work and the amount of time it required to do it well. Can't recommend them enough!
