Rudy was easy to deal with, the price was fair and the removal of three tees was done quickly and cleanup was good. They had very impressive equipment and the crew of five were all business.

Did a difficult job - that other companies didn't want to touch - removal of a large fallen tree from a lake in difficuilt to reach terrain) admirably as well as a lot of smaller jobs. Pleasant to work with - Rudi consulted me at all problems, made helpful suggestions respectful of other plantings(removing and reinstalling those that would have been crushed by heavy machinery) my only reservations - and they were minor were that the minor cleanup was not the greatest and we were not working with a written contract which made me a bit nervous -but for three days of labor in which an immense amount was accomplished I felt the price was fair. As for the cleanup - all major limbs were chipped and disposed of - ineveitable small branches caught in bushes and buried in pachysandra were left behind - but that 's okay - they did the major stuff admirably including removal of dead branches that could only be reached by climbing. I might add that there were major variations in the estimates from different companies and this was the lowest.

It was the lowest quote of the three companies that I contacted.They had to take down limbs that were over telephone wires and they lowered those branches slowly and carefully so as not to disturb the wires or my neighbor's house. They were mindful of traffic problem hours on my street and came at an appropriate time. All is well...though I miss my tree.

Rudy came right over after I called and gave me a very fair quote with no haggle. I had a few other companies do quotes as well and they were almost double until I mentioned that their quote was ridiculous compared to RGS then they dropped their prices massively. This left a bad taste so I went with RGS because they were honest and fair upfront. To me this is a sign of someone I want to work with. Work was done way faster than I expected, good high end equipment, did everything that was expected and cleaned up well after. Overall very happy and I know who I am going to call if I need some more tree work done.

Rudy and his crew did a very professional job trimming some of the trees in my front and side yard. I strongly recommend this company. They are efficient, polite, friendly and do a great job.
