Rudolfo was honest and didn't BS me about the price of FREON He was fixed my serator valve and stop the leak and check the tempertures coming out of the vents to make sure AC was working correctly. I'm a landlord and he is now my guy for any AC problems that come up in my rental or my own home.

Rudolpho was very responsive. Although I had an estimate from a competitor, he agreed to come out and assess the issue and provide another estimate free of charge. He explained exactly what the issues were, showed me pictures and explained the options. His quote was reasonable and he fixed the issue as quickly as possible. I would definitely refer RG Heating and Cooling to friends and neighbors.

Installer came out to house for free estimate, spent a good hour looking through attic, checking roof and a/c and heating units, ducting, etc. much more than expected I for a free estimate to install a couple of attic fans. Took the fans out of box and hooke up to power for us prior to installation so we could see how well they work and how much noise they make (quieter than expected). Very please with the work, professionalism and courtesy of Mr. Garza, R & G Heating and Cooling. Definitely will have him back to do more work when/if needed and will recommend to friends.

Project turned out to be more of a major pain then an easy fix. RG Heating & Cooling realized are need of urgency to get our unit fixed. They went out of their way to get us the parts we needed, and had it fixed within 18 hours.

Mr Garza was very professional, polite, and very down to earth. He was always on time and very clean with his work. I appreciate how he wore 'shoe covers' when he entered the house. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and would recommend him to my family and friends.
