Did very good work, stood by his word and completed everything he said he would do. Any issues that came up he would always explained it very well and we would formulate a plan. Would definitely use him again, and again.

Marlon has excellent skills and did a great job on our deck. He is very prompt at returning messages and showing up when he says or calling you to let you know if anything changes.

Very professional & fair estimates; Marlon power washed my garage, driveway & sidewalks. He proceeded the next day to seal the garage floor, driveway & sidewalks. Next day he painted the garage floor with paint & epoxy. It looks so amazing 🤩. Pictures don’t do it justice 😜👍🏽. Hire him ASAP if you need anything done ✅. I also got estimates for other things needed.

We had a problem identifying what paint to use. Marlon wanted us to tell him what paint had been used on the decks in our Townhome Association, but we couldn't find that information. Then we gave him a sample of paint chips from our deck and he was able to get them analyzed. We wonder why he didn't do that at first. We also found that Marlon's communication with us was not always as complete as we would have liked. Sometimes we weren't sure what was going on. But when he finally came with his partner to do the work., they worked quickly and did a good job. We are quite pleased with the result.

Marlon was quick to come out for the estimate and several times we changed railings, size, etc and each time he gave us a quick update on costs. His estimate was about $200 over our lowest bid BUT, given the customer service, I was more than willing to pay extra! Took a week or so to get the materials in and then wham! He was at our house tearing out our deck with just one helper. It took about 10 days as he was also working another project but end job was worth it. It looks great! He even had to fashion his own stair braces to accommodate the new build. Couldnâ t be happier! Now, weâ ll try to get him over for an estimate on some painting/texturing!
