Michael was exceptional in terms of not only his response time and availability, but also his ability to customize and accommodate my specific needs. It is refreshing to find someone who can help with literally ANY job, regardless how big or small. Michael goes out of his way to do whatever it takes to get your job done and at a very reasonable rate at that. I would recommend him highly and I don't expect to be searching for a handyman again. He was very slow in getting an estimate and completing the work. Told tenants things he should not have. Also, tried to hire him again and he flaked out and never returned multiple calls. Lead me to believe he would and could do the job, kept me hanging for over a week.

Mark is nice and honest. The price he offered is very reasonable. He organized the time and every thing very well. The quality is good. Will use him next time.
