Robert is an exceptional craftsman. His skill shows with a perfect layout. We used big 24 by 36 inch tiles and his recommendation for the layout turned out perfect. About his service he was the first contractor to actually call out the five I contacted prior. He came out gave me a reasonable quote and took on the project the following Monday. The results are fabulous. We have already discussed him doing our bathroom next!

Project: replace tile and waterproofing in shower floor. When I had a leak in my shower floor Robert contacted me and came over the same day to look at the problem. It took a week to get the tiles but he came over the next weekend on his own time and did a beautiful job and even picked up the tile and grout saving me a trip. I would recommend him to family and friends. He does high quality work at very fair prices

I contacted Fermans Construction after an 11 week nightmare with someone who claimed they knew what they were doing, but didn't. Robert was here the next morning to look at what I had described to him on the phone the night before. Robert showed us and explained to us what was done incorrectly and how it would led to an even bigger disappointment in the near future. He was very professional and thorough. He has a genuine desire to do it right and in a timely manner. Refreshing!! He knows his stuff! Without a doubt he's our go to guy now.

the quality of Fermans construction was absolutely amazing . I cant not say enough good things about Robert. He was the only one who replied back to me out of the people home advisory sent to me, and he was there the next morning on time, and it was a pleasure talking with him great customer service very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. his work is second to none. I am rehiring him to do another job for me and would highly recommend him to anyone.
