I cannot say enough good things about this company! We have been trying to get an awning for three months. We were given the runaround by two other companies, even after we paid, and never received our awning. I contacted Rafael's awnings and within two weeks we had it installed! He came out right away to give us a quote. And once we decided to move forward, we had our awning installed within two weeks! It is absolutely beautiful and works perfectly! Denise, who coordinated everything was amazing! Rafael and his family/crew who did the install were professional, kind, and did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company to anyone! You will not get the runaround with this company. They are family own company that cares about their customers and they have immense integrity! Hire them now!

Rafael and Victor came out to measure. Then got us a bid which we sent to our HOA for approval. As soon as the approval came through, they came out and installed our beautiful, custom, discreet metal awning! We love it!!
