Neal was very practical, did not try to upsell us at all. He educated us on the issue we called about (cracked rafters) so that we understood our home better. Then he explained the type of tradesman we needed and gave us the specs for the tradesman to follow. Then came back to inspect the work and certify our roof as being in good shape should we ever go to sell the house. Overall, a very good experience.

I was so happy to find Neal at R4 Engineering. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I just moved into a beautiful, grand, historic 100 year old home in East Nashville. But there are real floor issues from the house settling over time. I was concerned about proceeding with a renovation of this magnitude, until I knew what the extent and cost of repair could entail. In one visit Neal addressed all the structural concerns, and gave me a game plan. I would highly recommend R4Engineering to others embarking on a similar renovation. Thanks Neal!
