We had to move schedules around a couple of times, but they fit us in within 24 hours from the first time I called. They removed about 50 SF of asbestor tile from our bathroom floor.

I had my new home tested for asbestos by another company and it came out positive. I have two kids and was really upset about this. I hired KB Environmental to remove asbestos and have abatement done on it so that that my home would be clear and free of asbestos. While KB Environmental was there at my home they showed me that the house had left over asbestos in the attic and in the back of my water heater. The contractor who did the heating ducts just ripped out the old asbestos ducts without calling in a abatement company. KB Environmental took care of that problem plus cleaning the house from top to bottom. Mr. Ohannes is the best. They have very reasonable prices. You get your money worth with this company. Because of the contamination I had in my house KB Environmental was there for 3 days total. No extra or hidden charges for quoted work. On time and very professional. Call him first and still compare if you like but I don't think you can find anyone to match his price and quality of work. I called around and found Mr. Ohannes to be the most honest and upfront. I can sleep better at night now knowing it is rid of asbestos. KB Environmental took pictures and documented everything that was found and that I had done so that I may take action against the people who contaminated my home. Communication was fantastic. The crew was professional. Even got a follow up phone call after all was done. They arranged the 3rd party testing to complete job. Price was excellent!
