"Although we did not go with them in the end, Joshua was still very helpful and informative even after I decided on another. He really wanted to help make sure we were getting a fair and reasonable deal on our asbestos abatement service and wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be pressured by my contractor and ripped off for a quick buck. He took a look at my photos of the issue and even offered to come out even though we had already closed the deal with another.
