They charge Emergency rates no matter what time or what day you call them. They bill at 2-3 times the rate of any comparable company. They have a $75 fuel charge each time they come to you. They bill $40day for turbo blower and $175day for dehumidifier when most companies charge $20/$90 respectively. They lied and said that I would only be charged for 1 tech, but I was charged for 2. They lied and said that no emergency rates would be charged but they were. They doubled the hours charged from how long the tech was actually there. When I questioned the bill I was told Gloria from billing would call me right back. 5 days later she never called just emailed me a bill. When I asked her in a reply email about all the extra charges I was not told about she said that no one likes their bill when they get it. I get bills all the time when they are legit, I pay them and I'm not unhappy. I'm only unhappy when I deal with scammers. I hate my plumber for calling this company for me. Kickback!

They restored my bathroom floor They are efficient, friendly, and clean up when finished. Ask for Dave; in the office and he will get things started in the right direction for your project. A SATISFIED CUSTOMER
