She did not vacuum, sweep nor mop behind doors. Used my paper towels (1 roll) instead of cleaning cloths of any kind. Did not clean guest bathroom toilet, sink nor tub. Slathered furniture polish on furniture surfaces. I had to wipe off excess, She did not even move two Dr. Phil books on bedside table. I have used other cleaning services and have never had such a poor experience. I do have realistic expectations; however, this was unacceptable. And the $200 charge for a 3 bdr - 2 bath condo was excessive. She asked me to pay for the cleaning in advance. I have never been asked to pay for any service in advance. I have used Home Advisor for a number of home repairs and installations previously. The previous services were quite satisfactory. The experience with Queen of Clean was unique and unacceptable.

We definitely apologize for any misunderstanding. As far as expectations, however the task was to come in to clean a dusty home to be put on the market and the timing was very much delayed due to nonpayment. I make all customers aware that payment is to be made at start of services. I again apologize for any miscommunications. However this client made it very clear that she did not like African Americans in her home. Client did complete walk though as well as sign invoice completion.
