Frank and Richie performed a custom job installing a reverse osmosis system and line to our ice maker. They were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after the job. I will definitely hire them again and will recommend them to friends and family.
Sloppy job
We are totally taken aback and puzzled by this customers negative review. We knew the Country Club customer was extremely picky (perfectionist), but we took the job anyway. It was a whole house water softener custom/difficult installation which had to be installed in garage, drilling 3, 1' holes through 6 inches of concrete with 25 feet of pipe. The homeowner watched us install the plumbing and electrical from start to finish and appeared very pleased with our performance, not saying anything about sloppiness! We even swept his garage floor down, washed down his driveway and the installation was so beautiful we even took pictures of it and posted it on our website. Oddly, the customer never indicated any dissatisfaction of installation or displeasure at completion of job. His garage and driveway looked better after we installed it , than before we got. there. No one could have satisfied this client, unfortunately, you get one here and there.....The rest of our ratings are ALL 5.0--You can't please everyone, we were surprised, if he was not happy, why did he not say anything to us after install ???

Frank and his aid were very helpful. In my personal opinion I think the project was over prized. There was confusion at first because they were supposed to have installed a larger tank and they brought in a smaller tank. I am not too satisfied with the responses given about the differences of sizes and capacity for the different tanks. I am satisfied with the quality of the work.
Took them 3 times to come out, there's air lines in fridge water line.
We came out the same day the customer requested the under sink filter replacement, however we called the customer to say we were running behind due to complications on a previous install and traffic. We explained to the customer that there are air bubbles in new carbon filters due to the fact that carbon is porous and contains air & carbon dust in the carbon until fully saturated by water pressure. We flushed & rinsed the product at the refrigerator because that was the only dispenser of the filtered water and we explained to the customer, she had a hard time believing us and said the unit was defective. As for the price, she always bought the unit wholesale from the manufacturer, but when we charged more than wholesale, since we have labor and overhead costs, she could not understand it cost time and labor for a service call and labor and she assumed she should pay wholesale. We gave her a 15% discount and she still was not satisfied. We did a professional job, including a discount , no-one could satisfy this customer, we did the best we could.
