On 5-22-25 Jeff and John installed my air unit and did great and explained things to me. Everyone that has been to my home or that I have talked to on the phone are amazing. QRC through Chase Eller has been impeccable in the purchase experience of my HVAC systems. They were at my door the day after I contacted them asking for a bid; it was a complicated retrofit of existing systems where we wanted to leverage old ducting as much as we could, consolidating two split systems into one in addition to adding new attic climatized space, and after several iterations that involved many discussions with their engineering and installation teams, we reached what we considered an optimized solution at a competitive cost of top of the line US name brand equipment. Chase was instrumental in going back and forth between all parties, making sure communication was flowing and expectations were being met. During installation, he pursued rebates from vendors and utilities with success in all fronts, securing savings that will exceed 10% of the investment, with a lot of time and effort on his side, and no direct reward to his company other than customer satisfaction. He always responded swiftly to my communication requests and displayed a lot of patience in the process since I am very detail oriented. The installation is top notch, and their teams, both engineering, installation are highly skilled, performing their job cleanly, efficiently plus minimal intrusion, something my wife and I appreciated. Kudos.
