I was very satisfied with the work that was done. It was not done as quickly as I had hoped or on the day that was originally communicated to me. However every step of the way there was further communication and an update every time the day changed or something came up preventing the work from being finished by or on the date originally stated. I would contact them again if need another repair.

Hot tub running continuously. Not only were the problems resolved in two days but I learned more about the hot tub. James told me how to measure to get correct filter, how to set tub settings, how to check water and much more. I learned more in a few hours about our hot tub than I had known in the past five years. He gave me a cost at the first and stayed with it. I have actually told all my family about him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James whittenburg and his company. You can’t go wrong!!

We had our jetted tub stop working. James said he gets lots of calls for this sort of thing but hadn't yet accepted any jobs for it. In our case, he said he would come out for free to investigate if he could get the job done, and he ended up fixing it! Obviously, we paid him his service fee. He was prompt, communicative, and a joy to work with. Thanks James!
