The installers who put in our custom cabinets had mentioned that laying flooring in our kitchen would be a nightmare because the floors were all uneven and nothing was square. John never once complained or even seemed phased by any issue. Our floors look outstanding! Better than we could have even imagined. We are now waiting for our counter tops to be installed so we can hire John again for our back splash. I will make sure to recommend Larsen Tile to anyone in the future I know who is in need of Tile work."

Because this was a health need, the company graciously worked to get the project done quickly. The contract was signed on 8/14 and the conversion was done on 9/4-9/5. The installer, Clay, and the plumber, Jake, arrived promptly at 8 a.m. on the start date and were efficient, considerate of cleanliness and very competent. They worked hard to meet all our needs and to get the project done quickly and professionally. Their work is not cheap, but you definitely get what you paid for. We are confident that the follow-up and willingness to satisfy will continue if we have any questions or concerns. We would also mention that the office staff were also very friendly and helpful. We would happily recommend this business to our friends."
