Preston responded to my request quickly and professionally. He talked me through the next steps and was clear and concise on his communication. Furthermore, he showed up as scheduled and worked independently and kept us informed on expectations and answered our questions expediently. He was honest and forthright and one of the best contractors we have ever worked with over the years. I rarely spend time writing reviews but, he was that impressive. Do not fear in hiring him at all. This area has contractors who drop communication and do not follow up or through, for which Preston is the polar opposite. A rare find.

Preston went out of his way to make sure our septic tank was properly inspected. With very little information from the home owners he went above and beyond to find the tank and properly inspect it! This is the second time we have hired him and both times he has been exemplary! The first time he saved us from purchasing a home with a disaster of a septic situation. I would highly recommend hiring him for your septic needs!

Preston just installed a new septic system at our place and we are so happy to have worked with him. From the beginning, communication with him was consistent and reliable. During the install he was careful and attentive to every part of the job, taking his time to do it right even though there was a lot of time pressure. We thought that we would lose many trees and perennials we had planted during the new system install, but Preston was extremely thoughtful in working around them and saving large areas of our garden. We will definitely be calling him for future projects.
